About FieldFlō
FieldFlō builds the software that keeps specialty subcontractors running. Our all-in-one platform is purpose-built for demolition, asbestos abatement, and environmental remediation contractors — the people doing some of the most complex, compliance-heavy work in construction. We handle everything from project management and scheduling to safety, certifications, time tracking, and job costing, so crews in the field and teams in the office are always working from the same page. Founded by subcontractors who lived the inefficiencies firsthand, we build what we wished had existed — and we're on a mission to make life easier for every specialty contractor we serve.
We're also building something rarer: a genuinely AI-native vertical SaaS company. AI isn't a feature shelf on top of the product — it's threaded through how our customers estimate, plan, schedule, and run their jobs, and it's threaded through how our team designs, ships, and operates. We're investing meaningfully in this thesis, and the next few quarters will define what the category looks like for years.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager who is unapologetically AI-forward — both in how you build product and in how you do the job of PM. You'll own meaningful product surface area end-to-end, ship AI capabilities that customers actually use, and partner directly with the CPO and engineering on the bets that will shape FieldFlō's next chapter. If you've been waiting for a role where AI fluency is the baseline rather than the differentiator, this is it.
What You'll Do
Own product surface area end-to-end — from discovery through specs, build partnership, launch, and post-launch iteration — across the core platform and the AI capabilities within it.
Operate with high ownership across multiple parallel initiatives, taking work from problem to ship with minimal oversight.
Ship AI-powered product capabilities that materially change how specialty subcontractors estimate, plan, and run their work — LLMs, intelligent extraction, automation, recommendation, and beyond.
Run a modern, AI-leveraged PM workflow across feature ideation, roadmap planning, product analytics, user research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec writing, and prototyping — and be 5–10x more productive than a PM who isn't.
Talk to customers constantly — run discovery interviews, synthesize signal into themes, and bring sharp, evidence-backed problem statements into product decisions.
Define the metrics that matter, instrument them, and use quantitative and qualitative signal together to decide what to build, what to kill, and what to double down on.
Write opinionated, decision-rich PRDs and partner closely with engineering and design to ship features fast and right.
Use AI-assisted prototyping to turn ideas into clickable artifacts in days, not weeks, so we ship the right thing the first time.
Maintain a living view of the competitive and market landscape so we make non-obvious bets with eyes open.
Enable sales, CS, and marketing with the positioning, demos, and proof points they need to turn shipped features into pipeline and retention.
What You Bring (Required)
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years owning meaningful product surface area at a B2B SaaS company.
Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML product capabilities that real customers use — LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, extraction, recommendation, or similar — with the depth to discuss the tradeoffs you navigated.
Advanced, daily-driver fluency with AI tools across the PM craft — concrete examples of how you use AI for ideation, research synthesis, analytics, competitive analysis, specs, and prototyping.
A high-ownership, fast-moving operating style — you think in hours and days, not weeks and quarters, and bring momentum to everything you touch.
Strong product fundamentals — discovery, judgment, prioritization, written and verbal communication, and the instincts to know when to dig deeper and when to ship.
Comfort with ambiguity and operational complexity — you can walk into a messy domain, build a mental model fast, and start making good calls before everything is mapped.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
Experience in vertical SaaS, especially construction, field service, or other operationally complex industries.
Familiarity with specialty subcontracting — demolition, abatement, environmental remediation, or adjacent trades.
Hands-on background with document extraction, computer vision, or applied LLM systems in a product context.
Experience working closely with a founder or CPO in a small, fast-moving product org.
Track record of building and operating product analytics stacks (Pendo, Amplitude, or similar).
A portfolio of shipped AI features you can walk through in detail.
Who Will Thrive Here
People with a strong bias to action who would rather ship something good today than something perfect next month.
People who take a problem and run with it — minimal hand-holding, lots of judgment.
People who treat AI as a first-class teammate, not an occasional helper.
People who get genuinely excited about a domain most software ignores, and want to build something category-defining inside it.
People who want to build their career and resume on outsized impact and visible work, not on headcount or process.

The Product team operates with high autonomy — you'll set your own priorities, own your outcomes end-to-end, and have a direct line to leadership on what's working and what's not.
