About the Role

We're looking for someone to join our dynamic and innovative team in the Founder's Office. We are seeking a highly analytical, data-oriented individual who has experience of working with leadership, especially in sales governance. You will be responsible for collating and providing data, related analytics & insights to leadership to enable the decision-making processes. You will also be required to support the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure seamless coordination among various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- External Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to founders, supporting data-driven decisions and key external relationships.

- Business Support: Provide data insights, assist with AOP planning, and prepare monthly review decks.

- Competition Benchmarking: Analyze competitors to enhance market positioning and strategy.

- Automation and Process Improvement: Identify automation and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

- In-Depth Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis on pricing, cost control, and revenue maximization.

Desired skills and experience:

- Graduation from a good college or MBA
- Excellent data visualisation understanding in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong verbal & written communication skills to engage effectively with leadership and external stakeholders
- Proven capability of problem solving, planning, organizing and project management
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize leaders’ calendar with ability to make judgement calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities
- Maintaining confidentiality and personal integrity in all matters
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations
- Experience in Business Reporting, Sales, MIS, reporting to Sales Heads, project management with a potential to expand into new projects with time
