Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Trainer located in Mumbai. The Field Trainer will be responsible for onboarding, coaching, and mentoring field sales teams to ensure they meet organizational standards and goals. They will conduct training sessions, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback and strategies for improvement. Additionally, the role includes creating training materials, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and staying up-to-date with industry standards to enhance the effectiveness of the team. The Field Trainer will work closely with the management team to align training efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and engage teams effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and management
- Capability to evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Proficiency in analyzing data to assess training program effectiveness
- Experience in developing training content tailored to various roles and levels within an organization
- Prior experience in a field training role or team management is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate or PropTech industry trends is beneficial
- Availability to work on-site and travel as required
