Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Trainer role based in New Delhi. The Field Trainer will be responsible for providing in-depth training to field employees, conducting orientation sessions, and developing training content as per company guidelines. The role involves assessing training needs, monitoring performance post-training, and ensuring continuous development of skills among field team members. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to maintain comprehensive reports on training outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in training delivery, conducting workshops, and assessing learning outcomes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple training sessions
- Ability to develop training content and tailor sessions to align with company requirements
- Proficiency in evaluating and analyzing employee performance for continuous improvement
- Prior experience in a similar field role or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent professional experience
