Role OverviewWe are looking for Field Technicians who are passionate about technology and customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting POS software and hardware at restaurant locations.
You’ll work directly with restaurant owners and staff to ensure smooth setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities• Install and configure POS software and hardware systems
• Visit client locations for setup, servicing, and support
• Troubleshoot technical and networking-related issues
• Provide software training and guidance to restaurant staff
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
• Ensure smooth system performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements• Basic knowledge of hardware, software installation, and networking
• Good problem-solving and technical skills
• Strong communication and customer-handling ability
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in POS systems or restaurant technology is a plus
• Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply
