Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Technical Support Engineer. The role involves providing on-site and remote technical support for fluid dispensing and automation systems, including installation assistance, commissioning, and configuration. The engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and recommend solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. Responsibilities include responding to customer service requests, guiding operators and maintenance teams, documenting service activities, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role also requires close collaboration with sales and application teams, gathering customer feedback, and supporting training and demonstrations to ensure smooth and efficient use of Keystone Dispensol solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical or automation equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose system issues and interpret technical data and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience working with industrial machinery, automation systems, or fluid dispensing equipment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in remote settings, prioritize multiple service requests, and document technical findings clearly.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Freshers with strong mechanical/electrical knowledge can apply.
