We are looking for Field Supervisors to manage contract manpower and support daily operational activities at SATS Food Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and supervise contract manpower
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and manpower productivity
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for manpower deployment
- Monitor daily operations and resolve on-ground issues
- Act as a bridge between management and workforce
âś… Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–8 years of experience in field operations / manpower handling
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
