Adspot Advertising is an outdoor advertising company providing effective and high-visibility advertising solutions, including flex advertising, billboards/hoardings, bus shelter advertising, side-pole advertising, and other outdoor media solutions.We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base and grow our advertising business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field activities related to outdoor advertising.
- Visit and inspect advertising sites regularly to ensure proper installation and display of advertisements.
- Coordinate with installation teams, workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise the installation, removal, replacement, and maintenance of flex, hoardings, billboards, bus shelter advertisements, side-pole advertisements, and other outdoor displays.
- Ensure all advertising materials are installed properly and according to the required specifications.
- Ensure work is completed within the scheduled time and as per client requirements.
- Take photographs and provide updates of completed installations and site conditions.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or improperly displayed advertising materials.
- Coordinate with the office and marketing team regarding site requirements and campaign execution.
- Handle and resolve field-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of site visits, installations, maintenance, and completed work.
- Ensure that field workers follow proper safety practices while carrying out installation and maintenance work.
- Monitor the quality and condition of advertising displays at assigned locations.
- Travel to different locations as required for site inspections and supervision.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field supervision, operations, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage field workers effectively.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling multiple field activities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and taking photographs/videos for reporting.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor environment.
