We are looking for dynamic and self-driven graduates to join our team as Field Executives in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working on the ground, engaging with schools and community stakeholders, and supporting effective project execution.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, dependable, and comfortable traveling within Hyderabad and nearby districts, including Rangareddy and Kamareddy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits and gather accurate data and field-level information.
- Coordinate with schools, local authorities, and partner stakeholders.
- Support smooth implementation of project activities and ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain field records, prepare reports, and share regular updates with supervisors.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and field events.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with community members and institutions.
- Adhere to project protocols and maintain professionalism during all engagements.
Must have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates or someone restarting their career are encouraged to apply).
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby districts, especially Rangareddy and Kamareddy.
- Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Having a two-wheeler for local travel.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the local geography of Hyderabad and surrounding districts.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
