Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Surat. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar cell manufacturing equipment. Day-to-day duties include routine inspections, system testing, addressing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring proper system functionality. This role also involves collaborating with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and manage field service tasks efficiently
- Willingness to travel and work on-site PAN India
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the renewable energy sector
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in solar energy or a related field is an added advantage
