Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Bhopal. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will be expected to communicate effectively with clients, identify and solve issues on-site, and support the company’s commitment to quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service, including installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
• Familiarity with providing Technical Support and on-site assistance to customers
• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and professional relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related field
• Previous experience in the transportation or heavy machinery industry is preferred
• Fluency in Hindi and English, with other regional languages being an advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at client locations
