Role Overview
Vtron is looking for enthusiastic freshers eager to learn and grow in the solar energy sector. We provide 6 months of comprehensive training on hybrid off-grid inverters, Li-ion batteries, and solar PV modules.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar products.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar PV modules, inverters, and battery systems.
Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues and provide customer support.
Requirements:
ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
Strong willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
Comfortable with field travel (two-wheeler and license preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
Stipend: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000/month during training.
Growth: Performance-based salary increase after a 6-month evaluation.
Allowances: Separate travel allowances (TA) provided for field visits.
