Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Dharapuram. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electric vehicles and equipment. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support. This role requires a hands-on approach and frequent interaction with clients to address their technical concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service and expertise in on-the-ground maintenance and repairs
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to conduct Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of vehicles and equipment
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Knowledge of electric vehicle systems or similar technical fields is an advantage
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with team members and customers
- Pursuing or holding a diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field
