Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing garment manufacturing equipment and CAD/CAM systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to clients, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic work environments
- Prior experience in garment manufacturing technology is a plus
- Diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field
