Role Description
This is a full-time, on role based in Hyderabad location for a Field Services Engineer. The primary responsibilities include performing field services such as troubleshooting electrical systems, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring efficient operations. The role also involves engaging with clients to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively
- Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Strong Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Knowledge of electrical systems and transformers is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Willingness to travel as needed for on-site service requirements
