Sai Srinivasa Medicals is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Engineer for our IVD Division based in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of diagnostic systems across Telangana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and servicing of IVD diagnostic instruments
- Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of systems
- Handling CLIA systems and fully automated biochemistry analyzers
- Providing technical support and customer assistance
- Maintaining service records and documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in the IVD industry
- Hands-on experience with CLIA systems
- Knowledge of fully automated biochemistry analyzers
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities
- Willingness to travel across Telangana
