Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role also entails performing preventive maintenance tasks, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring a high level of customer service through effective communication and assistance.
Qualifications
- Field Service experience, including the ability to install and maintain equipment on-site.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve system or equipment issues efficiently.
- Capability in conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and prevent potential failures.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and the ability to address client needs effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in equipment handling and system setups.
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Delhi Area for on-site work.
- Experience in the security and automation industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines is preferred.
