Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Warangal. The role involves providing technical support, performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of construction machinery. The Field Services Engineer is also expected to interact with customers to address their concerns and deliver exceptional service, reinforcing customer relationships with professionalism and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service and Troubleshooting for construction machinery
- Experience providing Technical Support and conducting Preventive Maintenance
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work on-site and travel as needed within the assigned region
- Competence in diagnosing technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions
- Relevant technical certification or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the construction equipment industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
