Job Opportunity: Field Service Engineer
ProstarM Info Systems Ltd is seeking a dedicated and qualified Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in AP & TG.
This role is ideal for technical professionals who excel at hands-on problem-solving and are committed to delivering high-quality on-site service. Both experienced professionals and motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Maintenance: Execute the seamless installation, routine maintenance, and servicing of UPS systems.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently at client locations.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional on-site support to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant field experience. Applications from fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required by project demands.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
