Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Kolkata. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of color dispensing and mixing machines. They will handle troubleshooting, provide prompt technical support to resolve client issues, and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine function. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills to perform installations and regular servicing of equipment
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving issues effectively
- Customer Service skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as part of the job role
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or a related field
- Experience in the paint or machinery industry is advantageous
