Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Field-Based (No Office Visit Required)
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to handle on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines. This is a fully field-based role where you will directly interact with clients and ensure seamless functioning of equipment with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
1. Machine Maintenance & Servicing
- Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule
- Ensure all machines are functioning efficiently
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
2. Installation & Setup
- Install and configure machines at client locations
- Set up software, connectivity, and security features
- Ensure proper commissioning and handover
3. Fault Diagnosis & Repair
- Attend service requests and resolve issues promptly
- Identify root causes and perform repairs/replacements
- Maintain minimum downtime and high service quality
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain service reports and records of issues resolved
- Update work logs, parts replaced, and visit details
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in field service or technical support
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
