Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, based in Vijayawada. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting agricultural equipment. This role involves performing technical support, carrying out preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance for technical equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client concerns effectively
- Ability to work on-site and in-the-field, with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery preferred
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
