Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Field Services Engineer based in Haveli. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining elevator components at customer locations. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Field Services Engineer will coordinate with various teams to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the reliability and performance of elevator systems.
- Experienced in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for resolving complex equipment issues.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on effective communication and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as required.
- Prior experience in the elevator or similar mechanical/electrical industry is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field of Engineering is required.
