Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include performing field service activities, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance for equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires travel to client locations to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of our specialised marking machines.
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal operation and longevity of machines. Must have own Two-wheeler.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve client challenges effectively and efficiently.
- Proven ability in Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical documents.
- Understanding of CNC machinery and prior experience in a similar industry are advantages.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- ITI or diploma in Engineering ( Electrical, Electronic or related fields) is required.
