Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, and calibration of [equipment/systems]. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing on-site technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission new equipment at customer sites
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly and efficiently
Calibrate equipment to meet regulatory and performance standards
Maintain service documentation and submit detailed service reports
Provide on-site training and technical support to customers
Coordinate with the internal technical team for escalated support
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Travel to customer locations as required (local or regional)
Requirements
Required:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equipment servicing or a similar role
Knowledge of maintenance procedures, diagnostics, and calibration techniques
Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to travel and work independently
Preferred:
Experience in [Research and lifenscience equipment]
Familiarity with ISO or other regulatory compliance standards
