Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting customers with queries and services. The role involves ensuring smooth and efficient operations at client sites and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving issues efficiently
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships
- Hands-on experience with technical equipment and ability to work independently in an on-site setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) is preferred
- Knowledge of industry practices and safety standards is an advantage
