Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Location: Varanasi (Locally prefer)

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, commissioning, and servicing of company equipment at customer locations

* Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently

* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance

* Providing on-site technical support and training to customers

* Preparing service reports and documentation after each visit

* Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

* Willingness to travel as required for field assignments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field

* 1–2 years of hands-on field service experience

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems

* Good communication and customer-handling skills

* Ability to work independently and under pressure
