Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the West Region for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing material handling equipment such as industrial cranes, conveyors, AGVs, and other machinery. The role involves performing diagnostics, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing on-ground support to ensure the smooth operation of equipment. Effective communication with clients and adherence to safety standards and protocols are crucial aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of industrial EOT Cranes and other material handling equipment
• Proficiency in Electrical systems, Electronics, Or Mechanical system and overall troubleshooting
• Familiarity with industrial automation, control systems, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing technical challenges
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for on-site assignments and a valid driver’s license (Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh)
• Formal education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (ITI or Diploma preferred).
• Prior experience in material handling or industrial machinery is advantageous
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations and standards
• This is a Off Role (Contractual Basis) Job and all the training, site expenses will be provided through Sparkline Equipments.
