Peppermint Robotics has teams based out of its offices in Pune (INDIA), Dubai (UAE) and Austin (USA) and is looking to add leaders and builders to its HQ team at Pune (INDIA)
Role Overview
As an operations Technician, you will play a key role in the deployment, operation, and servicing of Peppermint robots at customer locations. You will also support and oversee product demonstrations across various operational regions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, participate in technical briefings, and gain hands-on experience in robotics while working with Peppermint.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain company products or systems at client sites.
- Manage and execute operations and service of Peppermint robots.
- Manage and execute service, preventive maintenance and technical support related queries for Peppermint customers.
- Perform and lead robot deployments and demo including programming, training & certification of customer staff.
- Provide detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos and maintenance + service plans.
- Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/ Diploma with 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in Industrial/Manufacturing/Electronics testing.
- Good Customer facing skills, ability to listen to the customer, assure them & document the same on company portal.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
- Time Management skills, Problem Solving Skills, willingness to learn software related to the cleaning industry.
- Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role in the territory.
