Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Rajkot Area for a Field Service Supervisor. The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating service operations in the field, managing field service teams, and ensuring timely maintenance and repair of equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols. The role involves liaising with clients, preparing service reports, and contributing to optimum service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead teams and assign tasks effectively
- Proficient in Field Service operations involving equipment repair, maintenance, and performance monitoring
- A focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering quality service experiences
- Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting technical issues and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills for working with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction and mining equipment is preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor and on-site environments
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field is a plus
