Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Field Service Specialist. The individual will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, performing troubleshooting and repairs, conducting routine maintenance on equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of systems. Regular interaction with clients to address inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide technical guidance will be key aspects of this role. The Field Service Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service and Troubleshooting to address technical and mechanical issues efficiently
- Experience in providing Technical Support and ensuring seamless operation of equipment and systems
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to analyze problems, diagnose issues, and recommend practical solutions
- Willingness to travel as part of the job requirements
- A relevant degree or certification in a technical or engineering-related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role or industry will be advantageous
