Job Title: Field Service Manager
Location: PAN India (with potential travel to other Indian cities and outside India)

Our solution uses computer vision and machine learning to detect human error in man-machine interactions, significantly enhancing safety in environments like forklift operations.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Field Engineers while also handling the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Flagman devices at various customer sites across India and internationally. The role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to guide and support the team during on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Engineers.
- Guide and support engineers during on-site installations and troubleshooting.
- Perform and supervise electrical wiring and PLC connections.
- Plan and allocate tasks for installations, service, and support activities & ensure project completion.
- Handle critical on-site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to customers.
- Train customers and team members on product usage and best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation of installations, reports, and feedback.
- Travel extensively across India and internationally as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ BTech in Electrical and Electronics or related field.
- 4–9 years of experience in field applications, installation, or industrial automation.
- Prior experience in team handling or leading engineers is required.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical wiring, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows.
- Understanding of APIs and software integration.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (India & international).
