Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer based in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in electric vehicles, providing technical support, assisting in the installation and maintenance of systems, and ensuring optimal operational performance. The role also involves managing and executing field service projects, coordinating with teams, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site diagnostics and servicing
- Project Management abilities to oversee and execute field service projects efficiently
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and sustainable energy systems is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to varying challenges
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field is required
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
