Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer specializing in GC Analyzers, located in Mumbai. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing GC analyzers. Responsibilities include carrying out troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure system reliability. Interfacing with clients to deliver excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service, including installation, calibration, and configuration of GC analyzer equipment
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Expertise in providing Technical Support and guiding clients on equipment functionality
- Proficiency in scheduling and executing Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment performance
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client communication and satisfaction
- Educational background in engineering, instrumentation, or a related technical field
- Experience in the analytical equipment or laboratory solutions industry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while prioritizing different tasks
