We’re Hiring: Service Coordinator (the Operations Rockstar)

We’re looking for a Field Service Coordinator who can own the entire service journey from enquiry>> execution>>invoice>>closure without missing a beat.
Role: Service Coordinator
Reporting To: Service Manager
What you’ll be slaying at:
- Turning enquiries into Deals in Zoho CRM and keeping the pipeline sharp
- Preparing offers, chasing follow-ups, converting them into Sales Orders, and triggering invoices in Zoho Books
- Creating and managing Projects in Zoho Projects for every order (yes, you own the lifecycle)
- Keeping engineer planning in Theta365 real-time and drama-free
- Coordinating service jobs, meetings, and execution like a pro
- Keeping customers and engineers in the loop when plans change
- Making sure service reports are in and project P&L closes like a boss
