Role Description The Field Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field security operations. This role involves supervising security personnel, assigning duties, and ensuring adherence to security procedures and company policies at client and company sites. The Field Security Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, identifies risks or vulnerabilities, and implements corrective actions to maintain a safe and secure environment. Daily tasks include incident reporting, maintaining records, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, and providing guidance and training to security staff. The role also requires monitoring security equipment, supporting emergency response efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong field supervision skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring of security personnel.
- Experience in security operations, incident management, and risk assessment in on-site or field environments.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of basic security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant safety regulations or standards.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or formal training in security management, criminology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory security role, preferably in technology, corporate, or industrial settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites or assignments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as operational needs require.
