We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with strong exposure in tyre, automobile, battery, auto components, or related field sales environments for project-based, on-site Sales Academy programs across India.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, dealer/distributor management, channel sales, customer handling, and sales team coaching. Experience in the tyre industry will be highly preferred, while professionals from automobile, battery, auto components, fleet management, and related sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site sales training sessions for field sales teams across India
• Design practical and industry-relevant sales training modules
• Coach sales teams on dealer management, customer conversion, negotiation, objection handling, and market execution
• Improve field productivity, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness
• Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback
• Align training delivery with client sales strategy and business goals
• Use role plays, case discussions, and field examples for practical learning
• Customize training content based on audience profile and market requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in tyre, automobile, battery, auto components, or related field sales industries
• Strong exposure to field sales, channel sales, dealer/distributor networks, and territory sales management
• Experience in the tyre industry is highly preferred
• Professionals from automobile sales, battery sales, fleet management, logistics sales, and automotive aftermarket backgrounds may also apply
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful sales training programs
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience training frontline sales teams, territory managers, dealer sales teams, or channel partners
• Understanding of tyre, automobile, battery, and automotive aftermarket sales dynamics
• Ability to travel across India for on-site training programs
• Experience in Sales Academies, capability-building programs, or large-scale field sales training projects
