Company Description Swastik Paint and Hardware is a growing retail and distribution business specializing in paints, coatings, and hardware products for residential and commercial customers. While we are incharge of hiring and job will be based out in Punjab, the job will be under Delhi based Wood Coating company named Onyx Coating, a sister company of Woodco Paints a known brand in North for Paints.
Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time role under Onyx Coating Company requiring expertise in Wood Coating. This position involves visiting potential channel partners such as Retailers, Furniture Houses and Wood Polishers, presenting them product ranges, and providing after sales support. The role includes generating leads, following up on inquiries, closing sales, and coordinating with the store and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Specialist will maintain regular contact with contractors and retailers, keep records of visits and sales activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements. The role also includes basic reporting, meeting sales targets, and representing the company professionally in the field.
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of Wood Coating products used in homes and furniture houses like PU, Melamine, NC etc.
- Prior experience in Paint Industry in Sales is preferred
- This job will require cold calling and visiting various channel partners, so having a extrovert personality is a must.
- Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, develop opportunities, and close deals.
- Sales Operations skills to manage daily sales activities, maintain records, and support order processing.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business or marketing is beneficial.
