Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Field Sales Specialist at Shakuniya Solutions Pvt Ltd. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, conducting sales outreach, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The Field Sales Specialist will ensure excellent customer service, maintain communication with clients to address needs, and manage sales operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Expertise in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and secure new business
- Proven ability in Sales Operations to streamline processes and manage client accounts
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital engagement platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the software or retail industry is a plus
