Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Field Sales Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and managing the sales process from start to close. You will collaborate with the sales and operational teams, generate leads, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires frequent in-person meetings with clients, as well as efficient communication and follow-ups via digital channels.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and foster positive relationships
- Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including maintaining records, meeting sales targets, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing field visits with remote tasks
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the healthcare or physiotherapy sector is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software is advantageous
