Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Field Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and executing the sales process effectively to achieve targets. The role requires regular interaction with customers to understand their needs, present property offerings, and ensure a seamless sales experience. Site visits and follow-ups will be essential to foster client relationships and close deals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients.
- Sales and Lead Generation experience to identify, qualify, and convert potential opportunities into successful sales.
- Proficiency in coordinating and executing Sales Operations efficiently and meeting targets consistently.
- Self-motivated, with good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
