Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Solar Sales Specialists to drive field sales and convert qualified leads into customers. The role involves meeting homeowners, educating them about solar solutions, conducting site visits, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer homes and conduct consultations based on qualified leads.
- Educate customers on solar energy, benefits, cost savings, and ROI.
- Understand customer electricity requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site surveys to assess roof conditions and installation feasibility.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up with leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution after sales.
- Update CRM systems with customer details, visit reports, and sales progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of B2C field sales experience.
- Prior solar sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills in regional language and English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Customer-focused and consultative sales approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Language we need kannada for Bangalore and Telgu for hyderabad
