Role Description
As a Field Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales by identifying potential customers, promoting Frikly’s products and services, and converting leads into clients. Your daily responsibilities will include building relationships with potential and existing customers, initiating and managing the sales process, maintaining customer service excellence, and supporting sales operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring regular local travel to meet clients and address their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs.
- Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including managing client inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth sales processes.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently in an on-site, customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in the interior design, décor, or retail sectors is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools is preferred.
