Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth by promoting Europamagic’s travel solutions to travel agents and partners.
The role involves regularly visiting travel agencies, meeting clients in person, conducting sales presentations, handling client inquiries, and maintaining long-term business relationships. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and excellent customer service.
Candidates with prior B2B sales experience or strong B2B communication and relationship-management skills will have an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
- Ability to meet clients, conduct field visits, and build business partnerships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Understanding of sales strategies and market development
- Familiarity with the travel, tourism, or destination management industry is a plus
- Prior B2B sales experience or B2B client-handling skills is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field preferred
