Role Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with vendors, generating leads, converting leads into sales, and supporting the overall sales process. This role requires attending meetings, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving the growth of partnerships and collaborations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with vendors and clients
- Experience in Sales and Lead Generation with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage accounts, track progress, and ensure smooth transactions
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the wedding industry or event planning is a plus
- Graduate degree in, related field is preferred
