Field Sales Specialist
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune & Mumbai for a Field Sales Specialist responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth.
The role involves identifying potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. The candidate will engage with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and position digiCloud’s Salesforce solutions to address business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit 5-7 businesses daily within the assigned Pune territory
- Identify and connect with business owners, sales heads, and IT managers
- Present Salesforce CRM,SAAS, IT solutions and explain business benefits
- Schedule follow-up meetings and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with the pre-sales team for technical discussions and demos
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales cycle
- Close small to mid-size deals ranging from 3 lakhs to 7 lakhs
- Maintain daily activity updates in the company CRM application
- Attend weekly in-person sales meetings in office.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of field sales experience
- Prior B2B sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Candidates from FMCG, telecom, pharma, banking, insurance, or direct sales backgrounds can also apply
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
- Comfortable with extensive local travel across Pune
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client interactions
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling sales rejections
- Basic smartphone and mobile app usage knowledge
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
