Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Field Sales Specialist. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting the company's staffing solutions. This role involves meeting with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing the sales process, and ensuring targets are met. Additionally, the Field Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Sales, including lead acquisition, deal negotiations, and closing sales
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage and update sales pipelines
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
- Experience in recruitment or staffing services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
