Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Field Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, managing the sales process, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and delivering outstanding customer service. The Field Sales Specialist will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company. Regular communication with clients and cross-functional coordination with other teams will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Sales Operations to manage and optimize processes for efficiency and performance tracking.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
