Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Specialist. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service to foster relationships. The role involves developing and managing sales operations, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the internal team to address client needs. The ideal candidate will actively collaborate to grow market presence and expand business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with and support clients.
- Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and convert them into successful partnerships.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including managing processes and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with a remote team.
- Familiarity with B2B marketplaces and an understanding of fair trade practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential sellers such as retailers, service providers, and freelancers
- Conduct field visits to onboard sellers onto Frycold.com
- Explain platform features, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospects
- Assist sellers with registration and profile setup
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded sellers
- Ensure sellers understand how to manage orders and use the platform
- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets
- Provide feedback from the market to improve the platform and sales strategy
