Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Field Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include presenting and promoting company products, addressing customer inquiries, understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Field Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, maintain sales records, and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address client needs effectively.
Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert potential clients.
Experience in Sales Operations to manage records, ensure target achievement, and improve sales processes.
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a field-based role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Electrical/ Instrumentation / EC/ EEI or related field is preferred, along with prior experience in pharmaceutical or industrial instrumentation sales.
